Who pays for returning itemsUpdated 9 days ago

UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands

We provide your return label free through the returns portal, so there's nothing to pay to send an item back.

If you're refunded, a £3 handling fee is deducted. If you're exchanging, there's no deduction at all.

International

You can either use the return label we provide through the portal, or send the item back with your own courier.

Using our label — a £20 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund, along with the £3 handling fee. The £20 is charged once per return, not per item.

Using your own courier — no £20 is deducted, but you'll pay your own postage.

We're unable to offer exchanges on international orders.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, or we've sent you the wrong one, we cover everything — no handling fee, no return shipping fee, and we pay to send your replacement. This applies wherever you are in the world.

Returning outside our portal

If you return an item without using our portal, we can't cover the cost and you'll need to pay it yourself. We strongly recommend a tracked service — any parcel returned that way and lost in transit can't be refunded or exchanged.
