What's covered under the one year warranty?Updated 12 hours ago

We offer a warranty on all our jewellery for one year from purchase against manufacturing defects, such as faulty clasps or stone settings. It doesn't cover general wear and tear, tarnishing, or damage from accidents or misuse. 

We're only able to warranty pieces bought directly from sergedenimes.com, as we have no record of a purchase made anywhere else. If you bought yours from a stockist or another retailer, please contact them and they'll be able to resolve it for you.
