We're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on:

Earrings - for hygiene reasons 

Ring sizers

This doesn't affect faulty items. If an earring is faulty, it's covered by our warranty like anything else — see Damaged products.

We may still accept a change-of-mind return by agreement with our team. Where we do, we'll need the item back before a refund can be processed. If you've disposed of it, we're unable to refund or replace it.
