I sent this back without tracking and cannot locate my return?Updated 3 years ago

If you return an order to us without using our returns portal, we request customers to send this with tracking. If a return has not been checked into the warehouse and was sent back without using one of our prepaid labels. We will not be able to action a refund/ exchange.
