We always recommend returning your order through our returns portal, which gives you a tracked label.

If you return an item by another method, please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. Until a return reaches our warehouse and is checked in, we're unable to refund or exchange it — and without tracking there's no way for us to locate a parcel that hasn't arrived.

Any parcel returned outside the portal that becomes lost in transit can't be refunded or exchanged.
