I have returned my item to Serge DeNimes, what happens now?Updated 2 years ago

Once your order has arrived at the warehouse, this will be logged into the system accordingly whether you want to process this as a refund or exchange. 

If you request a refund, our refunds are processed every Wednesday so all orders for that week will get refunded on that day. Once your refund is processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Refunds can take 3 - 5 business days to process depending on your bank.    
                

If you request an exchange, once your order arrives at the warehouse this will be logged into the system and your new item will be processed and dispatched. 

Once your exchange is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email of your updated order and new tracking information.
