We aim to respond to customer queries within 24 - 48 hours, during new collection launches and holiday season due to high volume of emails this may extend past 48 hours. Please also allow for extended wait times during peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Cancellations / Return requests will be responded to within 24 hours. If you request to cancel your order please state cancellation and your order number in the subject so this is highlighted for our team so we can handle this asap. We cannot cancel or amend an order during peak or sales periods, or on an order that has been dispatched.
