If you wish to return a gift, please try to get hold of the order number so we can allocate this upon return. If you wish for this item to be refunded, this will be refunded to the payment method provided at checkout. Exchanges will be processed as usual, but please confirm new shipping address if you need this to be changed on the returns form attached.
