For almost every country we ship to, no. Duties and taxes are settled before your order leaves us, so there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.

Across the EU and most of Europe, your local VAT and import duty are included in the price you see.

Prices differ between countries because each includes that country's own tax rate.

United States and Canada — import duty is included in the price. Sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay, as is standard in both countries.

Rest of world — where local tax is due, it is calculated and added at checkout.

Below a country's duty-free threshold, usually nothing is charged at all.

The exception — Åland Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Svalbard and Vatican City. We can't calculate local charges for these in advance. Your price excludes UK VAT, and any local tax or clearance fee is collected on arrival. If you're ordering to one of these, your local customs authority can tell you what to expect.

Occasionally customs will hold a parcel for a routine check, which can add a few days. If your tracking hasn't moved for five working days, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll chase it.
